For those of you who are interested in recipes with stevia, I will be adding them as I can find them or experiment. If you do any experimenting please share, I would love to find more recipes!

I'm not familiar with liquid stevia, but here in Brazil it's readily available in powdered form. I've never used it for cooking or baking, just in coffee and tea. Any idea how much of the powder is equivalent to the liquid? Also, I once had a stevia plant, but didn't know how to use it. Can it be used when it is green, or does it have to be dried and ground to a powder? I'm interested in learning more about this ingredient.
