Lost 18 pounds in a month!

    I wanted to share with everyone my great news. After one month of watching my calories, drinking nothing but water, eating very few meats, and eating 5 small meals a day I have lost 18 pounds. I have been 40 pounds over weight for nearly 7 years. To everyone don't give up, watch those calories, drink that water, and watch the pounds melt away.
