    I am going to attempt a recipe from Taste Of Home this week using spaghetti squash. I will be adding it to the group when I make it. Does anyone have anything to add about spaghetti squash? Is anyone else cooking anything from their newest cooking magazine or Taste Of Home?

    The spaghetti squash has a little different texture. Not bad though and very healthy and low fat.

    I have done spaghetti squash before. I steamed it in the oven until it was easy to shred with a fork onto a plate. Serve with spaghetti sauce over the top of the squash. It actually is very good. this was not from a magazine. But from word of mouth from a friend.

    Spaghetti squash is easily steamed up in the microwave. It saves on the heat and power of the oven.
