    My grandmother who was from southern Japan, was making it by herself . And we have a lots of kind of it as white, red, haccho, mugi (wheat miso), etc. I would like to introduce flavor miso and recipe, garlic, ginger, shiso, ume (prune), those taste very good!! And also good for anti-aging!! Interesting???

    I have used Red, White. and Mung Bean Miso before also Wheat Miso.
