  Hello folks. I just had a fellow Foodie ask me about freezing a cheese strata but I don't know whether it can be done or not and how it will affect the texture.
  Where (which Group) should people post these types of questions? I can't find a general enquiries group anywhere. Thanks in advance for the help!
