    OK my curiosities.
    Paprika.... what's the difference?? The colors, sweet, dry whatever whatever.
    Turmeric?
    Cardamum?

    Similarly, curry has sweet and hot variations, too. They can change the entire character of the recipe. Be sure when a recipe calls for a specific curry to use that one.
