Crockpot Apple Pork Chop

  About a month or ago I got up early put all my stuff in the crock pot than left it.
  
  I went back at 1 pm to check it and noticed I never turned the crockpot on at all. So instead of cooking on low for 8 hours how I normally do it, I had to turn it to high so it would be finished in time for dinner. Oops!
