These recipes are so good and I just want to thank everyone who has so far contributed. I was just daydreaming that it would be funny if there were some kind of award each year - like the Oscars! the Sprout Awards, or maybe just 'the Sprouts' - an annual ceremony for the best veggie recipes, with a special honour for lifetime achievement in the cause of the Brussels Sprout. It would just be so hard to choose though. You all deserve one big collective award.

Not a bad idea at all! Brussels Sprouts (and we can call 'em BS without being offensive, too! LOL_) are a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals.
So are sweet potatoes, and dandelion leaves.

Love it Elaine (chortles) GG, I go by Susan mostly, but Sue, Susie, Nellie, Nel, are all fun, I've been called a lot worse ha ha! I don't mind, just whatever comes to mind first.
