Was just sitting here wondering what everyone is cooking for Thanksgiving dinner.... Im looking for some good ideas other than my usual stuff....

I am making turkey breast again this year. I did it last year. Made 2 of them. I think I may have brined them first, can't recall. I cooked them in my nesco and they were done in about an hour. I love using that because it saves on oven space, which seems to be at a premium, no matter how much I plan ahead.

i AM MAKING ham instead of turkey and I am going to try gem's crock pot stuffing. That is all I am making because all the guest will be bringing 2 dishes to our big ole family gathering at Grandma's house.

Ive never brimed anything before cooking it......what is the purpose for doing that...
