So, in my quest for a new and interesting pasta sauce, I came up with the idea of using squash. I didn’t have a recipe, but made this dish for my husband and a vegetarian friend for Saturday lunch. It was a hit.
I estimated quantities. I would appreciate hearing your suggestions for adjustments/improvements before I post it in some other groups. Thanks!
