I hope this helps

I ran into this problem when I went to Colorado to visit a friend.
They lived in the valley were it was over 500 feet above sea level.
My friend had a chart on there refrigerator to convert baking recipes.
We had to adjust the amount of water and temperature for making bread.

I'm in your boots. We moved to Wyoming in May and haven't really succeeded in baking a good cake yet. Maybe we can learn together.
