Cut out the center top, make it like a star but with lot's of points, more points more food in tomato. Make cuts halfway down into the tomato. Scoop out the seeds and some of the watery pulp. Turn tomato upside down onto paper plate to drain. Season inside of tomato w'S&P or favorite mix.
Fill with homemade or prepared Chicken, Ham, Tuna, Salmon, Crab or Lobsster Salad. Serve filled tomato ona bed of lettuce, with a side of crusty bread.
More to come, but you may have to remind me.
