Swordfish with Spinach

- 6 swordfish fillets shopping list
- 10 ounces fresh cleaned spinach shopping list
- 1/4 cup softened butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Poach swordfish for 5 minutes then steam spinach for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining four ingredients to the soften butter and whip until smooth.
- Arrange spinach on a plate then place Swordfish on top of spinach.
- Top each fillet with a dollop of lemon butter then serve immediately.

I made this tonight and it was excellent! I made it exactly as written except I laid the swordfish steak on a bed of fresh spinach and baked @ 350 for 30 mins. I did not poach the salmon or steam the spinach before i baked it.
