How to make it

  • Poach swordfish for 5 minutes then steam spinach for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining four ingredients to the soften butter and whip until smooth.
  • Arrange spinach on a plate then place Swordfish on top of spinach.
  • Top each fillet with a dollop of lemon butter then serve immediately.

    cmnjersey ate it and said...
    I made this tonight and it was excellent! I made it exactly as written except I laid the swordfish steak on a bed of fresh spinach and baked @ 350 for 30 mins. I did not poach the salmon or steam the spinach before i baked it.
