A quick dish that will please everyone. The preparation is easy and clean up a breeze since you mix everything in the baking dish.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Combine the melted butter, honey, and mustard in baking dish.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Turn chicken in dish to coat all the pieces.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 50 minutes, basting occasionally.
