Harvey WallBanger Cake

- 1 orange cake mix(I don't know if orange cake mix is made anymore. You can shopping list
- substitute a yellow cake mix and add a little finely grated orange peel) shopping list
- 1 package vanilla Instant Pudding shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice, undiluted shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 3 ounces Galliano liqueur (6 tablespoons) shopping list
- 1 ounce vodka (2 tablespoons shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl in order listed. Blend well, then beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured, 12-cup bundt pan or a 10-inch tube pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool in pan 20 to 25 minutes. Invert on serving plate and pour glaze over warm cake.
- Harvey Wallbanger Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange or lemon juice(lemon preferred)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Galliano Liqueur
- Blend all ingredients together well and pour of the warm cake. This cake freezes well.
