Lime Baked Fish

- 6 (6oz) white fish fillets shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1 (8oz) container sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp grated lime rind shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish fillets in a greased 9x13" dish;sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine lime juic,sour cream and parsley,stir well;pour over fish
- Sprinkle with lime rind.
- Bake at 400 for 20 mins. or till fish flakes easy with fork.
