Ingredients
  • 6 (6oz) white fish fillets
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 Tbs lime juice
  • 1 (8oz) container sour cream
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp grated lime rind

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish fillets in a greased 9x13" dish;sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine lime juic,sour cream and parsley,stir well;pour over fish
  2. Sprinkle with lime rind.
  3. Bake at 400 for 20 mins. or till fish flakes easy with fork.
