Roasted Garlic And Wild Mushroom Cheesecake

- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels shopping list
- 1 pound Philly cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 tea. lemon juice shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 packet roasted garlic & wild mushroom Blend shopping list
- 1 cup smoked swiss cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325^.
- Spray 6" spring-pan with cooking spray.
- Swirl pretzel crumb to evenly coat sides and bottom.
- Set in fridge.
- Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add spice packet and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in swiss cheese.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool and serve at room temp.
