How to make it

  • Crumble bouillon in about 1/4 cup of water and nuke to dissolve
  • Melt pat of butter over high heat
  • Toss in garlic and green onions only until coated
  • (If you like the flavor of slightly browned garlic, let it go 30 seconds tops before next step - but don't let it burn)
  • Incorporate broth and can of tomatoes
  • Add pepper and drizzle olive oil over it
  • Allow to reduce over high heat until fairly thick (just a couple minutes over high heat)
  • Dump over a couple plates of pasta and get to it.

  • *** This sauce has more flavor than you'd expect and wicked, super green flavored ***

Soooo nice to see you back. This recipe is great but can I increase the green onion and garlic or will I lose points?
