Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 cup ap flour
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions
  1. Cut cold margarine into flour with pastry blender or in food processor until you have crumbs the size of peas.
  2. Stir in cold milk until mixture forms a ball.
  3. With hands, form dough into a flattened circle and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill in fridge for 1/2 an hour.
  5. Roll out on lightly floured surface.
  6. Doulble recipe for two crust pie.

I made this a few minutes back and turned out to be awesome. i used equal proportions of corn flour and wheat flour. it was crisp and nice. thanks for it :D


I'm gonna try this! My mama's crust recipe worked for her but I always have a hard time. The pie in my avatar took me forever to do :-/
