a twist on norwegian open face sandwich
Ingredients
- 6-12 slices whitebread toasted shopping list
- freshly made garlic maynaise shopping list
- 1/2 bunch fresh dill shopping list
- bag of rocket salad shopping list
- 1-2 fresh red peppers shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 bpound crayfish or freshly cooked medium size prawns shopping list
- fresh ground white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- cut each slice in half
- mix fresh mayo or a jar of good quality garlic mayo with dill
- slice pepppers in thin rings
- spread a layer of mayo mix on toast ,put some rocket leaves
- top it with generous amount of crayfish or shrimps.
- squirt little amount of lemon on top and garnish with red pepper
- rings.....
- repeat this process for the rest of the bread. place on a serving platter,,,,
- serve this meal with sliced gherkins, and light white wine
