Cranberry Pineapple Pie

- 1 - 9-inch ready made pie shell, baked shopping list
- 1 lb fresh cranberries shopping list
- 6 1/2 can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve 1 cup juice shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Bake pie shell and set aside.
- Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil (except cream and nuts).
- Continue to boil for 10 minutes and then cool mixture.
- Once cooled, pour into baked pie shell and chill until set.
- Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
