scallops a la provencale

- 1 lb fresh scallops shopping list
- 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 red onions shopping list
- fresh herbes de provence or 4 sprigs of fresh thyme shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped flatleaf parsely shopping list
- 2 ripe tomatoes shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- fresh cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup white wine such as muscadet shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. add crushed garlic, stir
- in chopped garlic and over medium heat for about 10 minutes
- stirring occasionally. add disced tomatoes,stir, add scallops,wine
- cayenne and black pepper and herbs . cook for about 15 minutes till wine sauce is reduced to quarter,
- scoop in serving dishes and sprinke with chopped parsley
