How to make it

  • Melt chocolate,with water.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Add sugar and salt.
  • Cook to blend flavors.
  • Cool,fold in whipped cream.
  • Store in freezer.
  • When ready to serve as hot chocolate,heat milk until almost boiling.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture in cup,pour hot milk over and stir.
  • I personally enjoy as such: 1 Tablespoon chocolate mixture,1 jigger Kahlua,1 cup hot coffee,top with whipped cream...Watch the snow flakes fall.
