Ingredients
- 5 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream,whipped
Directions
- Melt chocolate,with water.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Cook to blend flavors.
- Cool,fold in whipped cream.
- Store in freezer.
- When ready to serve as hot chocolate,heat milk until almost boiling.
- Place 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture in cup,pour hot milk over and stir.
- ~I personally enjoy as such: 1 Tablespoon Chocolate mixture,1 Jigger Kahlua,1 Cup Hot Coffee,Top with whipped cream...Watch the snow flakes fall~
