Ingredients
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Avocado,mashed
- 8 Green Onions,chopped fine
- 2 oz Anchovies,mashed with oil
- 4 Tablespoon Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Juice of half a Fresh Lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions
- Mix all together until well blended.
- ~This would be nice as a sauce to accompany beef fondue~

Aw, forget the fondue, slather this sauce on a grilled rare skirt or flank steak and call it winner winner dinner!!! Yum...inspired combo of avocado and anchovies...I can see where this could be dangerous delicious.
