Grilled Pork With Peanut Dipping Sauce

- 3/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin shopping list
- Dipping Sauce: shopping list
- 1 tomato peeled seeded and diced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 3 scallions shopping list
- 4 jalapenos seeded and minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except pork and stir until dissolved.
- Cut pork into strips then add to marinade and marinate 60 minutes.
- Soak bamboo skewers in warm water then thread marinated pork on skewers.
- Preheat grill to high then cook pork for 2 minutes per side then serve with dipping sauce.
- To make sauce place tomato, garlic, scallions, jalapeno and cilantro into a food processor.
- Process into a fine paste then add remaining ingredients and process until sauce consistency.
