  • THIS IS VERY LOVELY BRUNCH OF SUPPER ON SUNDAY AND EASY TO PREPARE. YOU CAN PREPARE THE MASHED POTATOES. POACH THE EGGS BEFORE HAND .
  • IN A FRYING PAN,ADD A PIECE OF BUTTER ADD MILK AND FISH,BRING TO BOIL.,LOWER TEMPT ,COVER PAN AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
  • IN A SMALL COOKING POT PLACE THE CHOPPED SCALLION AND 6 TABLESPOONS OF THE POACHING MILK AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES TILL SOFT.
  • MASH THE BOILED POTATOES,ADD REMAINING BUTTER,Q TABLE SPOON MUSTARD AND 2 TABLSPOON OF HORSERADISH
  • AND THE SOFTENED SCALLIONS..
  • TO POACH EGGS,SIMPLY BRING WATER TO BOIL, ADD FEW DROP OF VINEGAR,,WHIRL THE WATER AND DROP THE EGG AND BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES,REPEAT THE PROCESS.
  • MIX THE OLIVE OIL WITH THE MUSTARD.AND CHIVES..
  • NOW ALL ITEMS READY. SCOOP SOME OF THE MASHED POTATOES AT BOTTOM OF PLATE ,PLACE ONE PEACE OF HADDOCK AND TOPPED WITH THE POACHED EGG AND DRIZZLE WITH THE MUSTARD OIL MIX.....
  • GOES SUPERBLY WELL WITH CHILLED WHITE WINE
