Ingredients
  • 1-8 oz. package of spaghetti
  • 2 - 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1- onion-chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon (reserve 1 tbsp of drippings)
  • 1- tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp of salt

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package, in a large
  2. skillet, cook bacon until crisp
  3. reserve 1 tbsp of bacon drippings and set aside
  4. saute chopped onion with the drippings and butter
  5. add the diced tomatoes, sugar, honey barbecue sauce
  6. ketchup, salt and pepper. bring to a boil
  7. after letting spaghetti drain add them to mixture and
  8. let boil another 2 to 3 minute
  9. remove from heat, cover and let sit until sauce has
  10. thickened
