How to make it

  • Arrange the lettuce, green onions, cucumber, tomatoes, and corn in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle the jack cheese over the top.
  • Pour on the barbecue sauce and ranch dressing.
  • Top with pulled pork and toss before serving.

    I'd eat it...even in the house, if necessary! This sounds really refreshing. Sometimes when we have pulled pork, it seems so heavy; this would lighten it up to a better standard, healthwise (and quite possibly EVEN taste-wise.) Thanks for posting.[Somehow this review was accidentally posted on a new member's comments section...so I hope that doesn't scare them to pieces! So random.]
