Blackened Seasoning

- 2 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tbsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 11/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp dried thyme, dried and crumbled shopping list
- 11/2 tsp basil, dried and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- comibne all spices. crumble thyme and basil with fingers or a mortal and pestle.
- dip fish or chicken fillets in melted butter, then coat with mix and fry in a very hot pan ntil both sides are blackened but not burnt.
- ***i store this in a ziplock or a container or spice jar in my cupboard for when i want to use it!

Low heat is a favorite of mine to used anyway, bring out the best in the meal without making a steak too tough to eat, good post and rub. high 5
