this rub is super yummy! i have used it while bbqing too, but it does burn a bit faster, so you have to cook over low heat and really keep an eye on it.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 11/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme, dried and crumbled
  • 11/2 tsp basil, dried and crumbled

Directions
  1. comibne all spices. crumble thyme and basil with fingers or a mortal and pestle.
  2. dip fish or chicken fillets in melted butter, then coat with mix and fry in a very hot pan ntil both sides are blackened but not burnt.
  3. ***i store this in a ziplock or a container or spice jar in my cupboard for when i want to use it!

Low heat is a favorite of mine to used anyway, bring out the best in the meal without making a steak too tough to eat, good post and rub. high 5
