How to make it
- comibne all spices. crumble thyme and basil with fingers or a mortal and pestle.
- dip fish or chicken fillets in melted butter, then coat with mix and fry in a very hot pan ntil both sides are blackened but not burnt.
- ***i store this in a ziplock or a container or spice jar in my cupboard for when i want to use it!
