Apple-raisin Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs beaten

1/2 applesauce

1 C breadcrumbs

1 C crushed saltines

1/2 C chopped onion

1/2 C peeled , chopped apple

1/2 C raisins

1 1/2 t salt

1/4 pepper

1/4 t garlic powder

2 lbs lean ground beef

Directions

mix first 10 ingredients

add ground beef. m ix well

pat into a 9 x 5x 3 pan

350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs. let set for about 5 min.
