Pumpkin Wine

- 2 large pumpkin, chunked shopping list
- 5 lbs finely granulated sugar shopping list
- 3/4 oz citric acid shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp yeast nutrient shopping list
- 3/4 tsp yeast energizer shopping list
- 9 1/2 pts water shopping list
- 5 gallon water jug shopping list
- stockings shopping list
- coffee filters shopping list
- funnel shopping list
- bottles shopping list
- balloon shopping list
How to make it
- Place pumpkin in 5 gallon water jug. Bring the water to a boil and stir in the sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat. Allow to cool to room temperature and add citric acid, yeast nutrient and activated yeast. Cover water jug and shake once a day for first week, then allow to sit until ballon begins to fall. Strain through clean stocking into clean 5 gallon bucket, and let pumpkin drip drain. Wash water jug while pumpkin drips, then transfer back to jug and cap. Rack after two weeks and again after additional 30 days. Using funnel and 2 coffee filters fill bottles and enjoy.
