Are you for real. This site is for recipes not how you package your noodles. Post everyday,I do but post recipes.

Doesn't everyone do this? Either in jars, or cannisters? OR, people who don't like things cluttering up the counter keep them in the box in the cabinet. I don't understand why stuff like this is being posted...it's one thing to share an actual unique idea that could be helpful, once it a while things like that are shared here. But stuff like this? Most people that have sense enough to get in out of the rain do these things. I'm not trying to be rude, just honest. There is no difference in this and in posting a so called recipe telling us to bring our groceries in from the car...give us a break, ok? The site will allow you to post 8 recipes every 24 hours, and you have as much right as anyone else does to post, but please...we all have our own products we like to use and know how to mop the floor, (unless someone was raised in a cave - lol) etc...please post recipes, I'm sure you have some that everyone would enjoy. Thanks!

This impresses me because as an instructor for life-survival skills, we always stress preparedness in keeping foods that are dried in the backpack.
They're easy to carry, easy to eat, and easy to rehydrate when water is available.
Only difference is we carry in plastic bags rather than jars but the principle is the same.

Pete is right. When we go on survival trips, we carry dehydrated food to prepare all meals except what we don't catch fresh.
In plastic resealable bags, they are easy to portion, easy to store, and no rain can bother the contents. Wild animals don't bother it either, although dried meats we double-bag just in case.
You get five from me as well.
