How to make it

  • About an hour before you prep the chops you want to start on the reduction sauce
  • now take ingredients listed above and place them into an uncovered pot on hi for about an hour stirring occasionally after an hour turn to simmer and continue to stir do this for 5 min and let cool sauce should be thick enough in texture
  • v. chops
  • with the exception of the two huge and well seasoned chops combine in a large bowl combine bread crumbs with additional seasoning
  • in a separate bow scramble the two eggs and half n half
  • soak pork chops in half and half generously
  • then coat generously in bread crumbs trying not to cover the bone at the end (only for presentation)
  • then back in half and half and repeat until chops ar about a half ince thicker due to amount of bread crumbs
  • on stovetop or in deep fryer youll then proceed to fry chops at no less than 400 degrees so be sure that oil is thew right temp before dropping them in
  • fry for 5 min or untin golden brown or a little darker
  • then after you take chops out of the deep fryer place in an ove safe dish coated with oil or pam and cover with aluminum foil
  • bake @ 425 for about 30 - 35 min
  • drown with reduction sauce
  • i like this dish served with pasta alfredo
