Bacon and Peas with Shell Pasta

- 250g pasta shells = 3-4 cups for 4 persons shopping list
- oil shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- 250g/4 rashers of bacon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste shopping list
- 1 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas shopping list
- grated cheese - we like cheddar - you could use parmesan. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta.
- Fry onions and bacon in oil unitl lightly browned.
- Dilute the tomato paste in the hot water, pour into pan.
- Add the peas and salt and pepper.
- Bring to the boil for 10 mins or until peas are tender and pasta is ready.
- Drain pasta, add sauce, serve topped with grated cheese.
