How to make it

  • Heat the hatch peppers on high heat in a dry, ungreased saute pan for a few minutes
  • Add scallions and keep turning until char marks begin on peppers and onions
  • Add broth and tomatoes and cook until all is hot but no more
  • Divide pasta on plates and immediately top with sauce
