How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Work with one sheet at a time, keeping the rest of the phyllo under plastic wrap to keep moist.
  • Brush each sheet with a little melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of splenda and lightly scrunch the sheet with your fingers, so it becomes crinkled.
  • Bake for 8-10 mins.
  • Cool in room temp.
  • Mix the berries with 1 tbsp of splenda and spoon over the phyllo.
  • Top with whipped cream and serve immediately/
