Pork Potato Dish Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

4 slices process Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Brown chops in greased skillet quickly. Place in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place potato slices over meat and cheese slices over potatoes. Spoon soup evenly over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour, or until meat and potatoes are tender.

Serves 4.
