Pork Potato Dish Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 4 slices process Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Brown chops in greased skillet quickly. Place in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place potato slices over meat and cheese slices over potatoes. Spoon soup evenly over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour, or until meat and potatoes are tender.
- Serves 4.
