How to make it

  • In a zip lock bag toss pork slices with fajita seasoning, cumin seeds, oregano and chili powder until well coated, Now in a wok stir-fry the pork along with the onion slices, sliced habanero's and bell peppers until the meat is heated through and vegetables are tender but crunchy. Serve with your fresh warm tortillas and a dollop of sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
  • Note: It's easier to slice pork when its half way frozen.
