Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Mix burger, crumbs, oregano, salt and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Spread in ungreased 10-inch pizza pan.Top with remaining sauce, spread kidney beans over top. Arrange cheese strips in criss-cross design on beans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Servings 4.
  • Or you could omit the kidney beans and add one of the following toppings instead:
  • 1 can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 can drained whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cut grean beans, drained
  • 1 medium sized onion, sliced or chopped fine
  • 1 package frozen french fried onion rings
  • 1 handful drained sliced pizza olives
  • 1 handful drained hot peppers
  • 1 handful frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed well
  • A couple drained anchovy strips, chopped fine...unless Dad is eating it, he doesn't like them!
  • Any other veggie toppings you would put on a pizza.
