to die for crock-pot roast

- Serves 6
this is soo good. it makes a nice thick gravy on it own. a little salty, though, so I cut back on the ranch dressing. after cooking, cover with foil and let rest for about 10 mn.
Ingredients
- 1 beef roast, i use eye of ,round, about any size. shopping list
- 1 package dried brown gravy mix.......low sodium if you can shopping list
- 1 package dried italian salad dresing mix shopping list
- 1 package dried ranch salad dressing shopping list
- 1/2 C water shopping list
How to make it
- put meat in pot
- mix dried things together and sprinkle over roast
- pour wateraround
- cook 7- 9 hours. wrap in foil and let sit awhile.

This makes a wonderful roast. I fix mine like this all the time. I also had carrots, potatos, and onions around it to cook in the gravy.
