A unusually and refreshing pie made with canteloupe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cantaloupe; cubed
  • 1 pkg lemon Jell-0
  • 1 container Cool Whip; thawed
  • 1 -9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

Directions
  1. Puree melon cubes in blender.
  2. In medium saucepan mix melon and dry Jell-0 powder.
  3. Stir over medium heat until Jell-0 is dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate until partially set. (aprox 40 minutes)
  5. Fold in Cool Whip.
  6. Spoon into pie shell and chill 4 hours or until set
