  • No. 1 Picnic = 1 1/4 c. = 10 1/2 oz.
  • No. 300 = 1 3/4 c. = 15 1/2 oz.
  • No. 1 Tall or 303 = 2 c. = 15 - 17 oz.
  • No. 2 = 2 1/2 c. = 20 oz.
  • No. 2 1/2 = 3 1/2 c. = 29 oz.
  • No. 3 = 4 c. = 33 oz.
  • No. 3 Cylinder = 5 3/4 c. = 46 - 51 oz.
  • No. 10 = 3 quarts = 6 lb. 9 oz.

Directions
  1. Hope you can find the above equivalents of some help! I use these a lot when using recipes out of 'church' or 'community' cookbooks where there are usually a lot of old recipes.
