How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix, and add the rest of the cake ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes, until smooth. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees, F for 45 minutes. Remove from pan and place rack over tin foil and cake on top of the rack.
  • Glaze: While cake is baking, blend all the ingredients together and beat until smooth and sugar is incorporated. Spoon glaze slowly over the hot cake, allowing it to sink in slowly. Cool completely before cutting.

    Great post - used to make this cake back in the 70's. I think it used Galliano liquer. Will definitely give this a try! High 55555 to you.
