How to make it

  • add 1 tblespoon to pan and heat,add chopped red chilli.saute gently for about i to 2 minutes. add garlic and saute for a bt 15 seconds
  • add broadbeans and chopped preserved lemon and some of the chopped coriandre.stir to coat. pour enough stock tto cover the beans. simmer gently for for about 3-4 minutes. take pot off the heat
  • and devide into 4 serving dishes. sprinkle with the paprika,cumin .
  • drizzle olive oilequally and sprinkle with the remainder of the cilantro
  • get some crusty bread to soak the tasty juice.
