cilantro broadbeans

- 1/2 kilo fresh broadbeans (frozen)ok shopping list
- 3/4 preserved lemon chopped shopping list
- 1 red chilli chopped shopping list
- 1 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1+2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- enough vegetable stock enough to cover beans in pot shopping list
- 5 colves of garlic crushed shopping list
- 1/6 teaspoon papeika shopping list
- pinch of cumin shopping list
How to make it
- add 1 tblespoon to pan and heat,add chopped red chilli.saute gently for about i to 2 minutes. add garlic and saute for a bt 15 seconds
- add broadbeans and chopped preserved lemon and some of the chopped coriandre.stir to coat. pour enough stock tto cover the beans. simmer gently for for about 3-4 minutes. take pot off the heat
- and devide into 4 serving dishes. sprinkle with the paprika,cumin .
- drizzle olive oilequally and sprinkle with the remainder of the cilantro
- get some crusty bread to soak the tasty juice.
