Easy Pepper Relish Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups coarsely chopped red pepper (about 1 pound)

2 cups coarsely chopped green peppers (about 1 pound)

1 small clove garlic, slivered

1 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup salad oil

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

Directions

In large bowl, combine red and green pepper with rest of ingredients; mix well. Pack mixture into quart jar. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Nice with cold meats and hamburgers. and white beans

Makes about 1 quart of pepper relish

Might be close to Lambert's!? have not tried it yet. Braswell's has a pepper relish that close to them, but at 3 dollars a 8 oz jar and 6 guest eating at your house the jar be empty before it get to you! lol!at least if this good a 1 quart worth of it might be heaven
