lemon butter new potatos

- Serves 4
potatos with butter lemon and spice .we really like his dish, hope you will too.
Ingredients
- 12 small red potatos shopping list
- 1/3 C cut up butter shopping list
- 3 T lemon juice [fresh] shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1 t grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/4 pepper shopping list
- 1/8 t gr nutmeg, but I like a little more shopping list
- minced parsley shopping list
How to make it
- peel a strip from around each potato
- cover wth water, boil about 15 min , till done, not mushy.
- meanwhile , melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients, except parsley.
- drain potatos, and drizzle with butter. sprinkle with parsley
