BBQ Beef on a Bun

- Serves 8
Put it in the slow cooker, come home and shred it!
Ingredients
- 3 Lb bonless sirloin roast shopping list
- 1 ½ Cup ketchup shopping list
- ¼ Cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp mustard shopping list
- 2 Tbsp worchester sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp liquid smoke shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp black pepper shopping list
- ¼ tsp garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- -Put Roast in slow cooker
- -Combine ingredients and pour over roast
- -Cook 8-10 hours on low, or 4-5 hours on high
- -When done, pull out and shred with a fork
- -Return shredded roast to sauce
- -spoon onto sandwich buns
- Enjoy!
