Mexen Shrimp

- 2 Tbl butter shopping list
- 1 Small onion chopped shopping list
- 1 lb med shrimp(peeled & devained) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup flour shopping list
- 1 tbl chili powder shopping list
- 2 Cups powdered milk(make as directed on box) shopping list
- can use 2% or skim shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 Tbl wishtershire sauce shopping list
- dash of garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter in medium pot on med heat
- add onion and saute till translucent
- add shrimp and stir till lighly pink
- lower heat to low
- mix flour and chili powder and add to chrimp and onion
- stirring for about 10-15 min until flour is cooked
- slowely add milk in while stiring, to help against clumps
- let cook for 10 minutes more
- add ketchup,wishtershire and dash of garlic powder
- let cook 20 min on simmer
- serve over hot rice
