This is a family favorite that has been around as long as I can remember. It is served at family dinners all year long. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes unpeeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and cook 20 minutes then drain well.
  3. Mash potatoes then add mayonnaise, bacon, dill, salt and pepper and beat until fluffy.
  4. Stir in cheese then serve warm.
