Good Morning One-pan Breakfast

Serve with biscuits or fruit
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage shopping list
- 3 Cups hominy grits, cooked shopping list
- 1 Cup Cheddar Chese, grated shopping list
- 3 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 6 eggs, well-beaten. shopping list
How to make it
- Brown & drain sausage
- Cook Grits according to pkg directions
- Add cheese & butter to the cooked grits & stir till melted
- Let grits cool slightly.
- Add onion.
- Stir the eggs into the grits.
- Spread sausage evenly on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish
- Pour the grits mixture over sausage.
- Cover & cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, eggs should be set.
